  2. Yes there is no π in the π video clip - but there is great urgency to printing a specific 216 digit sequence. Tangible bits as plot element in a number-theory-gothic movie.

  4. Unfortunately checking the wikipedia plot summary for Pi(film) won't answer your question... and I'm not about to spoil the mathematical suspense. Or reveal the 54 characters that inspired the quest for π(film) clips.
